SmartPodz was established in 2022, but its inception traces back well before that. Commencing my coffee journey at the age of 15, I developed a profound appreciation for high-quality coffee that extended beyond the mere pursuit of caffeine. Like most SmartPodz customers, I fell in love with Nespresso machines. However, money got tight when I moved out, and I became more cautious, the use of my Nespresso machine dwindled. With the high cost of pods and the amount of plastic I was using getting out of control, I felt there must be a solution. I started searching for a reusable alternative for these expensive, single-use pods. After trying several failed systems, rubber lids, tin foil, even DIY Nespresso hacks, nothing seemed to work. It wasn't until I found a stainless steel pod with a screw on lid. This system was flawless. After partnering with multiple brands, sourcing premium, food grade stainless steel, I created SmartPodz, the best reusable Nespresso and coffee machine reusable pods in the game.

How long do orders take to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery dates vary depending on your location, orders shipping to the United States will typically be in transit for 5-10 days.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I cancel an order once it's been placed?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed, processing typically takes 1-2 working days. However if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
