Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Products ordered to the United States will typically be in transit for 4-8 business days, this is an estimate and delays can occasionally occur - specifically at US customs following 2025 border policy changes. 

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

CUTOFF TIME

Cutoff times for each order is 3PM EST. Any orders placed after 3PM EST will not start processing until the following business day. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SmartPodz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SmartPodz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delivery & Theft Policy

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. SmartPodz is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery. If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to provide any tracking or delivery confirmation details to assist in your inquiry.
